Walking shoes

I wish to inform you that I purchased a Reebok Shoes in 2009 around Aug from Reebok Shop, Sakinaka Andheri, Mumbai, India size 43 brand OMXMAX (printed in bottom) but this pair of shoe did not find comfortable/satifactory.

I purchased this for INR Rs 3995 (around) having MRP around Rs 6000.

The shoe has perhaps some technical defect as my right leg's upper tounge part after putting shoe gets hard pressed which brings swelling in that portion hence starts giving pain for few days hence one can not wear the same. It requires atleat 15 days to subside the pain but again on wearing the same prolem comes up.

Even After many attempts this problem persists hence I decided not to wear & complaint so that replacemnht is advised by you as shop may not entertain me, also request you to advice and look in to it. This problem does not come up in the left leg shoe.

It is not that I am trying Reebok shoes for the first time, I and my family members are old regular customers of Reebok for many years. I did not experience this issue with other pairs which I used in past or even the one old I have been using.

I suggest you to look in to it and revert with satifactory solution as I can not write it off.
