PUMA
Polish defect

Dear Sir,

I am a big fan of puma because it has such a good collection of shoes and clothing . i have mostly products of puma in my wardrobe. I have purchased a puma black ducati (golden) shoe of Rs-5500/- from south ex showrooom on 16th march. Thegolden polish on the back side of shoe was fadding. i had returned the shoe to the store. The store person Mr. luvish showed me some more peices of the same model and they also have the same defect of golden polish. Mr. luvish told me to give the shoe maximum within 3 days of time but till date i have not received the shoe. puma is such a big company and has the best products in town and my self has so many products that you can make me the (customer which has the most products). How can puma give such a quality. Beside three reminders to info-india@puma.co but no response. So i request you to kindly please look into the matter.
