Exchange of merchandise

JM Megamart in NOIDA Shopprix mall have thier policy of exchanging merchandise from Mon till Friday between 10:00AM to 5:30 PM only which is very disgusting because it is not possible for salaried people who go to office everyday.

Also if somebody requests to exchange the merchandise on saturday the store manager replies in a rude manner "Pehle customer ko Dekhun ki Aapki baat suno... jao yaha se"
