Kleenex Laundry
They are not refunding our money back

I am using the Kleenex Laundry service from past few months. Their service was very poor. They dont pick up & deliver the clothes on time.

Many times they hold clothes for more than 15 days or so. We made an advance payment of Rs 3000/- to them for coming month. Now after receiving the advance money their service has become worst. They are holding our clothes & money & not returning any of them.

I am doing a regular follow with the owner (Pradeep Chaudhary). He daily commit to return the clothes but no one turned up...& then he switches off his cell.

Please guide me what action can I take to teach them a lesson & to get our Clothes & money back.
