Shoe defaul

I have bought one levis shoe last month in levis showroom which is situated in R.S.puram in my home town (Coimbatore).i was used oly 5 day but its leathe and thread was damaged.i took tat shoe to showroom they are telling tat we will alter that damage and we aill give with in two weeks. I feel very by their silly answere
