Refund money not received

I had placed one order online with http://www.bata.in whose no is 10026883 but it was rejected for some reasons and i made the payment through HDFC credit card. The customer support at bata.in kept telling me ill get the refund within a week but its been more than 40 days and i have not received my refund. My complaint no with bata is 201125270 . I have lost all hope with them so Im here. Any help would be highly appreciated. bata customer support Toll Free (1800-419-2282). Thanks
