No delivering reebok shoe on time

Most humble and respectfully i beg to state that

MTS are not delivering there reebok shoe on time that has to be deliver within 15 days but it has been already more than one month but still i didn't got my reebok shoe when i call to complain to customercare of MTS they didn't give proper result of my complain and before rechare of Rs 999 i got mail from MTS it has been mention that if i got reacharge Rs999 before 8 of JAN i will get new movies but even that also thay didn't give still now so please help me.

so, please grant my request so that i will never forget your kindness.
