SHOES REPLACMENT

Dear Sir

i am JASBIR SINGH from JALANDHAR. i have order Reebok bag, watch, track suit and shoes form NAPTOL under order no1230031 on 10 jan.i got my products on 16 Jan.but they send small size of shoes which is not fit in my feet.i call at call centre company executive told my that send back your shoes we will replace it 7 to 10 working days .i dispatch shoes on 19 jan.they got my product 21 jan.it is almost 2.5 month passed. i call then every weak but they did not replace my shoes. All the time they said it will take 7 working days.please help me.
