Exchange of Shoes on 4th day of purchase

I have purchased one shoe of 2295 Rs. I used that shoes for one day. I faced pain in my foot. I went to mall after 3 days of my purchasing for exchanging the shoe but they said as I have used shoes once It cannot be replaced..Floor manager Mr. Sachin Kapariya was not able to understand he said I am using the same shoe I had never such a problem. This is such a ridiculous. If he doesn't have the problem then is that means no one can face the problem. and they are saying we can exchange products in 7 days and finally they didn't exchanged my shoe.
