Denial of exchange of defectieve piece

Hello,

I purchased winters collection when there is a offer of BUY 2 GET 1 FREE. At the time purchase i didn't checked one piece (8903757186640 / N / BF / ESW511) properly and later on, at home i checked that it was a defective piece. From side bottom its woolen was teared.

When i go back to the shop keeper, he misbehaved and refused to change the piece and asked me to contact here.

I request you to take a serious action action against your dealer and change my product.
