Washing of Colour of Shirt

I have bought 2 Shirt of Marun and Cream colour Branded Piter England and 1 Trouser on cream colour from Fashion Collections, at B-2, Pushpa Bhawan, Alaknanda Shopping Complex, Kalkaji while bill no. 101198 dtd 14/09 for Rs. 1400/- and today on 02/10/10 i put for washing but Marun colour got spreed into all other cloths which very badly affect my Cream color Shirt and Cream Trouser which is newly brough and after complaining to shop he is not ready to take materail from me for any action or replacement he say i have to exchange direct from company then how do i find one point for my query... Please help me out the way i have to go for action.
