Cracks on both the souls of shoes

I had purchased shoes from one of the outlet of bata shoes in trivandrum kerala two months before as i am a regular customer to them .few days i found both the soles of the shoes have cracked i went to them & showed they suggested me to file the complaint and will later replace it, .Hope uyou will take speedy action & oblidge thank you.
