Cracks on both the souls of shoes

I had purchased shoes two months before at your retail outlet at MG road Trivandrum where i often purchase the products. This time i was very unhappy after finding both the soles of shoes cracked and went to show them and they suggested me to file a complaint with you The product code is 882-4019 .I am a regular customer of your company from last so many years. Unfortunately i couldnot find the cash memo but i am known customer to the shop. I hope you will consider the matter and replace the shoes. Thank you for the same. S.Junaid.
