Exchange of Kurta

I have purchased one kurta on dated 22-11 from your outlet in Dev Arc Mall, S G Highway to give it as a gift (MEMO - 03580; ITEM CODE - 91118786 SHYA KURTA COTTON). I have confirmed while purchasing if it could be changed if the person did not liked it to whom it have been gifted. They agreed for changing.

The said person did not liked the colour so he went for changing it to the outlet on 28-11-09 and he was not allowed to change it as he did not carry the bill because the bill was with me.

Then he agian went to change on 02-12-09 with the bill. Then he has been told that it could not be changed as some smell is coming out of the kurta.

I consider this as SIMPLY CHEATING as no smell is coming out of it which I am ready to challenge it with any third person. I am sending this mail so that the management can come to know as I am sure that the owner has got nothing to do with it but to bring it to their notice.
