Cheating and frogery

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a salwar suite worth Rs 1979 from Anjali Boutique at Sector 9 Vashi, Navi Mumbai. After Ist dry clean only the whole dress got spoiled, colour became faded and the stitches came out. Immediately i have informed the shopkepper they said show us the dryclean reciept as i had already removed the dryclean tags from the dress then i have gone for 2nd round of dry clean and then i have submitted the original reciept to him. After 20 days i have gone to his shops meantime i was in continuous follow up with him. When i reached to his shop he has only returned half of the money snatched the dress from my hand, torned the receipt and misbehaved with me.

dear sir please help how to tackle and get back my money from him as that shopping area is our regular area of shopping and i am too much of worried for this kind of cheatings
