Laptop & System not supplied, but I am taken to court

I have applied for a loan. The authorized representative - a hardware dealer Mr. Suresh, of Creative Media Solutions, Triplicane, Chennai, obtained signatures on post dated cheques and promised to supply the hardware in a month's time.

He went on extending this period and one fine day I found that my account is debited for the EMI, but the hardware has not come.

This dealer Mr. Suresh has mispappropriated the funds received from Bajaj and has vanished.

NOW BAJAJ IS TAKING ME TO COURT FOR NO FAULT OF MINE!
