Compaq 621 laptop
DVD-WRITER and WIFI not working

I purchased a compaq laptop model 621 serial no (S) CNUO492JBR from jaibalaji computers panipat on dated 20-6 now the DVD-WRITER and WIFI of the laptop is not working.i made a complaint to authorised service centre at panipat but there was no response as my original bill was misplaced sir, i very well know that if the bill is misplaced by chance your engineers can very well check the date of operation of laptop from the memory/history of the laptop.

sir, if i will be the sufferer i will never recommend anybody to purchase a compaq product due to poor relationship with the customer and ultimately this will spoil the reputation of the company in the market.so i request you to kindly look into the matter personally and get my product rectified at the earliest.
