Compaq laptop Presario V 3500
Change of original LED with old defective LED

I have one COMPAQ laptop. It does not start. To rectify the defect, I went to your service center Redington (I) Ltd situated at Benajaber, Kanpur on 4th July. Where I shown my laptop. After Inspection I was told its mother board has to repair which cost will come around Rs 4500/- and it will take 4-5 days time. On 8th July I phone than Mr Ravinder ‘who was looking the laptop ‘told It mother board has to be change which cost will come around Rs 9000/-.I said do not change. On 11thJuly. I took my Laptop back. After few days I went for repairing the laptop to another service center that repair my laptop in front of me and found that the ‘Bios’ is not working. He downloads the same and started the laptop. Laptop start but its LCD was defective. Then he checked and told me that your Laptop LCD has been open and replace. Then I come to know that LCD of my Laptop has been change. Mr Ravinder is responsible for the same as he was given responsibility to repair my Laptop at your above service center. Pl take necessary action and inform me.
