No respond to the complaint lodged since one month

My laptop -Compaq Presario CQ40-425tu

is not getting started even after repeated attempts

I purchased it from STAFFI CYBER MAGIC -KASAKRA ROAD -CAHMBA

on 29 august.after 22nd of august i had complaint to the owner of the shop as well as to the person who delivered it manually Mr. Anil. After several requests he is continuously delaying the dates. The latter demands the laptop to be sent to chamba or chandigarh where they would diagnose the problem occuring.i am totally taken aback by the behaviour of the dealer.
