Hi.i m raja pattanayak from dhanbad.i have purchased a assembled computer from a shop, computer express, in dhanbad on 08.07.09 with warranty of 1year given by the retailor (computer express).my hard disk has the o.s. installation.i took it to the retailor on 01.06.10, they told that they are sending it to the banglore service centre for its repair and it will b given back to me after 20 days.when i called the retailor after 20 days they told me that it has not come from banglore and told me to call after 2 days.the same response i have for more than 23 days (after 22.06.10) after every 2-3 days till now. Nom, what and how to take against the retailor?
