Did not received refund in Cash Back offe

Dear Sir,

I have bought an external hard disk of Rs.7000 in the month of Dec from Croma retail shop in Rohini Delhi. I paid for it through my Mastercard credit card. During that time an offer was going on in Croma that if any person will shop for more than Rs.5000 they will get 5% cash back.

But I have still not received any cash back.
