After 15 days after succeful payment ive not received my consignment. No proper reason has been given for the delay. Customer care (i do not know where is the care?) executives reply no stock of the particular part... A big company like DELL giving such a worse reply will definetly spoil the hope of goodwill & trust.

Dell will not take the order even if 1paise is less, then why i should wait for DELL if my consignment is delayed. Its my money and my time.. I need proper value of the same.

I ve totally lost faith i can give a good comment on the company, because one of my friend recommended me to buy dell...

If the situation persists HP, IBM, Thoshiba... even HCL, chirag computer will overtake DELL inda..

Kindly take as a wakeup call and do the needful
