Printer not Working in Warranty

Hi this is naveen garg. i have bought EPSON dot mattrixx printer on 24-4 which serial number is G7XY010866.

EPSON have good name in DOT Matrix printers. But i think now they start compromise with quality. i have bought that printer in april and i had been complaint for that head service in august. in 4 months its head stop working.

now in 2 years 9-04. they said warrnty for 2 years. now i called they said out of warrnty. its logic card not working. i had wipro printer before. i used it almost 7-8 years. and EPSON good name in DOT Matrix printer didnot worked 2 years properly.

so friends think about to buy EPSON Product... u must not be wasting ur money.
