SYSTEM IS NOT OPENIG AND MAKING SOUND

My system is not opening and making sound. At times it opens but with sound it again stoed working. This trouble has been occured from last three days. That on my contact with the HCL, Bhubaneswar, service centere, they do not register my complin but advice me to lodge complain in the national customer care no, i.e.-18601800425&01202406105.That from last three days I have tried to lodge complain through these numbers but these numbers are not responding instead of my continious trial. Hence this complin. Anticipating an early redressal, I remain.
