Dear Sir,

I have bought a HCL Desktop Computer bearing machine serial no. B064AQ22646 and signed an Annual Maintenance Contract with HCL Beanstalk for 2 years in November. On 16-3 i found there is no display in my computer I lodged a complaint on telephone no. 18601800425 (call id no. 143100006). On 17-3 their representative came and took Mother Board, CPU fan, Processor and Key Board and told me that he would delivered the same after 4-5 days (after getting them repaired). After 5 days I called on 18601800425 they assured me that after 2-3 days parts would be delivered and installed like wise that became my routine work everytime they used to say the same. On the 3-4 their representative came to my home and delivered me CPU Fan, Key Board and Processor as it is and promised me that on monday (5-4) he would deliver and install Mother Board I kept on waiting but he didn't come. I phoned on the number 1860100425 then I was replied with their routine answer within 2-3 days Computer would be repaired.

Your are requested to kindly look into matter and do the needful enabling me to get my computer repaired on an early date.
