Hardware Problem

Respected Sir,

Sir myself Sandeep Kumar Sen, I am working in SBI as Computer Administrator (Contract). I am Having a HCL Loptop Model No. P28 PDC, Sl No. AO084AX142222, Purchased on 21st February from Nigam Systems, Jajpur Road. I was having some problem in my Battery and My DVD Rom. I gave a complain in Dec and they called me and repaired my laptop Replaced my battery and DVDROM. I was very happy with their service. And again i had a problem in my Laptop. My Laptop was not starting. So i gave a complaint and visited on 26 Dec Aryan Service Center, Bhubaneswar, (HCL Service), your mother board will be replaced come after 20 days. they gave me good support and informed the developments and when the mother board arrived at Bhubaneswar tey gave me call that sir your mother board has arrived and please come and take your laptop on 16 Jan'10. So i have visted on 18 th Jan'10 and come with my laptop. But because i was having a conference on 19th Jan. I left Aryan at 4.00 pm I came back to my home. I have arrived home at 7.00 pm but when i arrived home I saw my Key board is not working. So i tried support center that day but no one attended my phone. next day i was gone for conference. After my conference i have gone to visit Some official work to a distance their i saw my old problem again my Battery was not keeping charge again it just give backup of 45-50 minutes. when the battery was replaced it was giving back up of 1.30-1.45 minute but within a month or two month period my battery back have decreased. As i am a Computer Administrator in SBI I need my laptop every day and every moment. I have no complaint against HCL. I believe that HCL is the best service provider but they have done some mistake in my laptop so please take some necessary steps to do some thing to my laptop because my warranty period is going to over in 21st Feb.
