Western digital 1000 gb hard disk
Not working/loose contact in the adapto

I purchased a western digital 1000 gb hard disk on 24-8 and it was working properly for few days and now a problem has started that there is a loose contact in the adaptor and as such it is not working. Kindly tell me where i have to contact.
