I purchased a HP Compaq Presario with a 17' CRT monitor on 7th Nov with a 3 year warranty from DELPHI MARKETING, NEW DELHI-8

My monitor stopped functioning on 9th August. My complaint number is CA0991489, 0999168.

Till today even after 2 months it is not repaired. I have lost count of the calls made to the call centre and the assurances given by the floor managers. I am surprised that a multi national company like HP has such irresponsible staff and has no system to monitor long pending cases.
