Moserbaer 19" Monitor L9F
Maximum resolution 1440x900 not found

Sir,

I buy a Moserbaer color monitor 19" L9F modelAfter purchasing the monitor was working well. After 3 months its maximum resolution 1440x900 lost. I tried to correct several times by reload Graphic Accelerator Driver & also changed the computer, above resolution was not shown by computer. When I replace the monitor, my computer shows the maximum resolution of monitor.

I lodge the complaint in customer care two times. Engineer visited my place and found the problem but they was not able to correct problem. I send mail to customer care to change my monitor, they are not responding.

I use the monitor in graphic designing and DTP work, due to lack of above resolution the geometrical shapes are disturbed. Due to this reason I can not work in proper way with this monitor. I am very sad after purchasing this monitor.
