Improper Service response

Sir,

I puchased HP Compaq Presario C784TU on Feb and after 6 months the laptop mother board was not functioning and got it replaced in the authorised service center since it was under warrenty. After that in Jan again it started showing problem to boot and by then the warrenty was over. The authorised service center in trivandrum said the mother needs to be replaced again or may be the laptop can be sent for chip level servicing. I went to another authorised service center REDINGTON were they said they will check in chiplevel. After few days they said it needs to be replaced and the cost will be 16000INR. When said i need to enquire HP as the mother board price in the ebay is arount 8000Rs. Then they revealed that they are not authorised service partner for HP Notebooks. Hp also is not bothered to disclose the price for the mother board. It is really cheating the customer. Kindly look in to the issue.
