Company is not replacing item

I bought HP desktop ram 1GB before two year ago. That time shopkeeper told me three years ram warranty and company was giving three years warranty offer before two year ago. But today company and shopkeeper close this three years warranty offer and they do not repair and replace my ram. So please i request you. Please stop this cheating.
