Monitor Failed

Dear Sir,

I have to buy H.P. Desktop in July at C&S Solution Private Ltd Visakhapatnam (918912563087) I am using only single hand, In total 1095 days using only 45-50 hours, one month back one problem occurred in monitor the center of screen one thin line I have seen, now the line is widen discuss with service center he told me your monitor has failed.(Scrap) What can I do please let me know salutation.
