Non receipt of gift

Dear sir,

I purchased HP note book on 25 Oct from HP world, Nehru Place Delhi. I registered for gift on line and my registration no is 2161990 dated 25 Oct and send the requred documents through post. Till date I didn't received any gift voucher which was promised to me on delivery of note book.
