HP Pavilion 2103 tu DV4
Blue Screen

Hi,

I am Nijam, Last February i had bought a HP Pavilion 2103 tu model laptop, worth Rs. 46000/-, Next day i connect it via mobile GPRS (Aircel), The system hangs up (freeze) and after some times a Blue screen warning message came there. It always cames when i connect it to internet. A few months after i sent it to our HP customer care. They installed a new updated BIOS, next day i connect it via Mobile internet GPRS (Aircel), The same problem comes. Hp authorised dealer says that there is no problem in your hardware and software. Then Why should it dumb?. Please any one understand this problem please mail me or call me back (9965488852)
