Refer No CA .0989104 dt. 19/08. Nealy 180 days from the date of purchase this PC was in rapair, within two years of purchase. The compalaint is for more than 20 times. Ms. Shikha, New Delhi on 13/09 at 16:20hrs, dailled to me that a new set will be issued me within 10 days. I received the phone call from the number 011243077101. So far there is is no email reply to me. My e-mail address is already given to her, and presario_help.india@hp.com. Arrange to issue me the new set of computer without any delay or informe the dealer Pentagon computers, Madurai to take that my PC as a gift to your world wide company.
