POOR DEALING.given me defaulted piece and now not replacing

MY MAIN DEMAND IS THEY SHOULD REPLACE MY LAPTOP COZ IT IS GIVING ME PROBLEM 20 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE..AND SINCE 5 MTHS ITS BEEN IN SERVICE CENTRE FOR 3 MTHS..nd with me for only 2 mths and dat 2 not in proper working condition.
