HP ProBook 4520s Notebook PC
Not working, very slow

Dear Sir:
we have purchased HP ProBook 4520s Notebook PC from Sketch Infotech who had placed their order with HP dealer Simtech Computronics Pvt Ltd, the product is under warrenty, the product is not working and requries replacement of certain part free of cost, but HP is refusing to undertake the repair work free of cost on the alleged ground that the part is physically damage by us. this is absolutly wrong, and HP's dealer has sent a proposal to repair the parts at a cost of Rs. 51, 046/- which is alomost eaqual to the cost of the Laptop.
please look into this matter in higher priority.
