Witin two months its damaged

I have purchased 9 computers last 2 months ago and within two months this 2 iball mouse and 2 keypad stops work.when i complents to shop they told me to send in service center and still from last 1 month is over and i did'nt get that back.

i have a bill and i purchased it in warranty.tell me what to do before i speak with my family members or lawyer.i want to purchase more computer for my bussiness but i m getting scared by this products that this shops are not taking care of their costumers.help me soon plz.
