Idea net setter
Not working

Ecently i bought idea 3g net setter.its not working properly.and more over it does not support vm ware workstation.the device shows good signal.but

data spped is too slow what it gives.its speed is 3mbps but it gives 2.34 kbps.how sad it is.plz help me.
