Please improve the site

Hi,

Please improve the stability of the IRCTC site.

We are not able to book tickets and loose our money while booking tatkal during the peak hour 8am - 9am. The application shows service unavailable, Sometimes I would reach till the payment flow during the consistent struggle for getting the ticket and would loose my money and land up to service unavailable page and then I have to start the process right from login all over again.

I kindly request you to take up an action and improve the site's stability asap.
