Kingston Pendrive

I have purchased Kingston pendrive in aug.

After 8 month it is not detected by the computer.

So i send this to delhi kingston service centre.

But he does not give me any type of response.

I dial lots of time in kinston Tollfree No. 1860 425 4515 which is given on packet of pendrive.

But response is that the No. does not exist.

Suggest me what r the solution for this.
