LG 20" LCD Colour Monitor
Complain pending for last 17 days

Purchased one LG 20" LCD colour monitor model no. W2043T (sl no. 003LPSY018838) on 22.05.2010 from Saboo Computers Pvt Ltd., Nager Bazar, Kolkata and on 14.06.2010 the LCD screen of the said monitor went complete white. A complain was lodged on 15.06.2010 over phone and a confirmation sms sent to my mobile from LG saying my request ID is C1061511222. Now 17 days have already elapsed. My monitor is still lying unoperational.
