LG dvd writer
Bad service

Dear sir,

My name is sukhendu i have a lg dvd writer.its purchase from technocrat infotech pvt ltd, 23, c.r.avenue, kolkata-13, on dated-12/08.invoice no-16254 dt-12/08. its a one year warrenty product. After three month later this dvd writer was not working.then i was going to lg service centre... Prosys Infosolutions, 14, n.s.road, 2 nd floor, kolkata-1.ph:-2243-4291/4292. on dated- 24/12.I am waiting sometime and they are cheak my dvd writer.after 30 minitue i take my dvd writer and they are ask to me my dvd writer is fine working now. But dvd writer is till now not working. This is very bsd service of Prosys infosolutions.please tell me what i am do now.
