Customer harassment by the authorised service center of LG

This is to notify that the LG company's service center (authorised) for the repair of the computer monitor of LG, at 14, N.S Road, kolkata, named Prosys Info Solution, for the past around 2 months is creating customer harassment -they are sitting with the 2 LG monitors with no sign of repairing them since 19.05. compaint no.14249, 14250-(dated 19.05.2010) model no.500G, srl.no.308ILO36718IN, 308ILO36796IN.We are not being able to work without these they are not even responding to our calls for the same.
