DISCONNECTION BEFORE VALIIDITY

My last recahrge on 19th or 20th of October had a validity period till 19th of November with a balance of Rs 195.15. I started using the balance memory on 18th Nov at around 9:00 pm. onwards after using for some 2 hrs. it stopped with a balance of 0.00 when checked. I was not having any facility to call the customer care at that point of time, subsequently on my call to the Customer Care (discussion with Mr. Manish) today I get an answer that as it is not in the validity period it can't be adjusted. As per Mr. Manish status shows I had a balance of Rs. 162 which was not used whereas on my checking the balance at around 10:30 the latest message was of Rs 119 only. How come there can be a difference on latest balance to customer.???
