I have been following up with MTS for refund of an incorrect re-charge of 799 Rs. Details given below.

How is the Bank statement of any help here?

PFA the screen shot from the MTS confirming the transaction. I have made the payment via credit card. i don't know why you're asking for a Bank statement.

This is unacceptable from a customer service!!! Pls clarify what exactly you need

MTS is a FRAUD company. I recd a call from the customer service that the amount will be converted into balance in my prepaid account but it has not yet been done.

Now I want the company to pay me even for the mental harrasment and refund my money with Interest.
