Non reciept of part

Sir,

My notebook serial no. is- LXAKV0C0118070F3072502, I am Gaurav

Kumar Agrahari. My case ID is 062610-194 which is registered on

26-june. But my problem is not solved from acer service center of

Gorakhpur and also it (case id) is closed from acer service center.

Then i complaint again on 30-oct, which case ID is - 103010-392,

it is also awaited for part. So, from 6 month i am waiting for my

part, then you have to increase my extended warranty period. So, please reply and solve

this matter.
