Non replacement of RAM under warantee

I had purchased an HP laptop from

Park Network Pvt. Ltd.

2nd floor, J-44, Sector -18 Noida

The RAM of my computer is under 3 years waranty and is stopped working after 1 year. I went back to them on 8th of April with a request to replace my RAM. They assured that this will be done latest within a week. I have visited their shop twice since then and have called atleast 12 times for the status but the RAM has not been replaced yet. There was very important data in my laptop which I have not been able to retrieve for last 17 days. The shopkeeper now says that I can go to the consumer forum if I wish so, they are trying and it will take time. I had to purchase a new RAM because I could not do my work. In addition to that, even after following up with them every single day, they do not give a correct picture and do not replace my RAM.
