Eplacing with damaged ones

I brought one GA-G31M-S2Lmotherboard on 11-04-09 fromCyberia systems, Adoor, Kerala, ph-04734-223436. Now it is not working since last march & i I gave back it for servicing. But now this is the fourth time they replaced the MB to me which is not working. They r continuously replacing with damaged ones. So kindly take necessary action
