Doesn't switch on

My Nokia N-8 Power doesn't switch on I made complaint at Nokia Care Harmony Audio, Anjali Bldg, m French Bridge, Opera House, Mumbai - 7, they inform me that this instrument we will send at head office and they given job sheet no. 759504867/110624/14 dt. 24/6 after many times inquiry done on phone and after 13 days I got my piece, immedatly on 14th day agin same problem arise, so I went at same place and given complaint, they told that wait for 15 minutes we will format the instrument your all date will be deleted, I gave the insturment for formating again phone star and very next day again it switched off again I given complaint at same place again they kept N-8 and given Job Sheet No. 759504867/110711/15 dt. 11/7, I have purchase this instrument on 16/12 which is under warranty. please go through my complaint and revert back to me urgent because it effects my work
